As the Global Head of Inclusion, Carrie leads the enterprise-wide Diversity and Inclusion stratgey at Reckitt. Home to many heritage and trusted brands including Dettol, Durex, Harpic, Lemsip, Nurofen, Strepsils, Vanish and Veet, millions of people across the world put their trust in Reckitt’s brands every day. 

Prior to this role, Carrie held similar posts at DLA Piper Law and EY Financial Services.  Carrie was named as the ‘Sustainability Magazine Top 10 D&I Leader 2023’ and was recognised with a ‘Most Influential D+I Leader Award’ in 2023.   

Skilled in creating long-term, embedded cultural transformation, her areas of expertise include Change Management and Corporate Responsibility as well as Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging. She started her career in the Not-For-Profit sector at The Giving Campaign, Oxfam and The King’s Trust.
