Administration Fee:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">UnderOne Diversity and Inclusion Awards reserve the right to charge a 30% administration fee for any tickets\/tables reserved on behalf of a shortlisted nominee, which is then cancelled more than 7 days later.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Behavioural Standards:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Any individual behaving detrimentally towards other guests at the UnderOne Diversity and Inclusion Awards Ceremony may be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Immediately escorted from the venue<\/li>\n<li>Have their nomination withdrawn<\/li>\n<li>Be disqualified from future awards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3. Code of Conduct:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nominees, entrants, and attendees are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes a respectful and inclusive environment. Any violation may result in d<span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">isqualification or exclusion<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">&nbsp;from the event.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Collaboration with Sponsors:<\/strong><br>UnderOne Diversity and Inclusion Awards may collaborate with sponsors and partners to enhance the awards experience. Nominees and entrants acknowledge and accept potential collaboration opportunities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Communication Channels:<\/strong><br>All official communication regarding&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">nominations,&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">awards, or other&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">related matters&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">will be conducted through the channels specified by UnderOne Diversity and Inclusion Awards.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">Nominees are responsible for ensuring&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">the accuracy and<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">&nbsp;accessibility&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">of the contact information they provide.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Confidentiality:<\/strong><br>Information submitted within individual nominations will be reviewed only by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The nominee<\/li>\n<li>The UnderOne Diversity and Inclusion Awards team<\/li>\n<li>The Judging Panel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>7. Contact Information Updates:<\/strong><br>Nominees and entrants are responsible for promptly notifying UnderOne Diversity and Inclusion Awards of&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">any changes to their contact information&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">to ensure effective communication throughout the awards process.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>8. Disqualification Criteria:<\/strong><br>UnderOne Diversity and Inclusion Awards reserves the right to d<span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">isqualify nominations or r<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">evoke awards.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>This may occur if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Information provided is false or misleading.<\/li>\n<li>The nominee engages in conduct contradictory to the values and objectives of the awards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>9. Eligibility Confirmation:<\/strong><br>By accepting the nomination, you confirm your eligibility to attend the UnderOne Diversity and Inclusion Awards Ceremony.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10. Event Attendance Responsibilities:<\/strong><br>Attendees of the UnderOne Diversity and Inclusion Awards Ceremony are responsible for&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">their own travel,&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">accommodation, and other&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">related expenses&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">unless explicitly specified otherwise in writing by the awards organisation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>11. Force Majeure:<\/strong><br>UnderOne Diversity and Inclusion Awards is not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Acts of God<\/li>\n<li>Natural disasters<\/li>\n<li>War<\/li>\n<li>Other unforeseen circumstances<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>12. Image Consent:<\/strong><br>By accepting the nomination and confirming attendance at the ceremony, you irrevocably consent to&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">the use of your image&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">in any marketing material created by UnderOne Diversity and Inclusion Awards.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>13. Inclusion Disclaimer:<\/strong><br>UnderOne Diversity and Inclusion Awards advocates for inclusivity. The organisation reserves the right to&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">make final determinations on eligibility and&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">make participation decisions&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">to maintain the integrity of the awards process.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>14. Information Sharing:<\/strong><br>UnderOne Diversity and Inclusion Awards will not disclose information about the nominator without prior permission.&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">Information shared with judges may also be shared with c<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">ategory sponsors and s<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">upporting media partners.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>15. Intellectual Property Rights:<\/strong><br>All intellectual property related to the Awards is owned by UnderOne Diversity and Inclusion Awards. including:&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">Logo,&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">Names and&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">Content.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>16. Judging Process:<\/strong><br>The judging process is f<span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">inal and non-negotiable.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">Decisions are based on the&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">discretion and<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">&nbsp;expertise&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">of the judging panel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>17. Legal Obligations:<\/strong><br>Nominees, entrants, and attendees must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Any legal disputes will be subject to the relevant jurisdiction.<\/p>\n<p><strong>18. Modification or Discontinuation:<\/strong><br>UnderOne Diversity and Inclusion Awards reserves the right to modify, temporarily suspend or permanently discontinue the Awards or any feature thereof without prior notice.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>19. Nomination Consideration:<\/strong><br>All nominations are reviewed with i<span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">ntegrity and i<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">mpartiality.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">Submissions that do not meet the outlined criteria may not be considered.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>20. Nomination Deadline:<\/strong><br>Nominations for UnderOne Diversity and Inclusion Awards close on 26th March 2026. Any nominations received after this date will not be considered.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Press Participation:<\/strong><br>Entrants may be required to participate in&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">Press,&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">Media, or&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">Promotional activity.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">Participation will be discussed in advance and is not mandatory unless stated otherwise.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>22. Privacy Policy:<\/strong><br>UnderOne Diversity and Inclusion Awards complies with GDPR.&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected and managed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>23. Public Votes Liability:<\/strong><br>UnderOne Diversity and Inclusion Awards are not liable for public votes submitted for nominees.<\/p>\n<p><strong>24. Withdrawal of Entries&nbsp;<\/strong><br>UnderOne Diversity and Inclusion Awards reserves the right to&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">remove entries or&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">remove shortlisted nominees&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">for any reason and without notice. All shortlisted entrants, finalists, and winners will be notified by email.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>25.
