She is an award-winning DE&I leader with over 7 years of experience spanning across various industries: finance, consultancy, charity and now hospitality. She has an amazing track record of launching and establishing high-performing Employee Resource Groups/employee networks, Gender and Ethnicity representation strategies across multiple organisations. She is dedicated to fostering an inclusive culture and embedding DE&I across all areas of the business, particularly creating inclusive guest experiences within the hospitality industry. She is a changemaker dedicated to inspiring everyone to find their voice in DE&I and is currently working to be a qualified coach to make this happen.
