Anisa Butt is a British Asian poet, spoken word artist, actor, and creative facilitator known for harnessing the power of words to ignite change. A BBC Words First finalist, her work has been commissioned by leading platforms, including a powerful piece on grief for the mental health app Spoke, and featured across Spotify and iTunes through her latest spoken word album (Stuck With You).

She is a sought-after speaker and facilitator, invited by organisations such as MOSL and INTBAU to lead conversations around inclusivity, kindness, and the role of creativity in shaping workplaces and communities. Deeply rooted in social impact, she has collaborated with The Youth Network in Luton to co-create projects that empower young people and amplify urgent voices (Documentary film Women & Race- showcased at the Police Commissioners’ Gala 2021).
Driven by a personal mantra to champion the unheard, her work bridges performance, activism, and storytelling, always with purpose.
