Shivani Uberoi

Shivani is the Founder of The Wallflower Academy with over 10 years experience running Equality, Diversity & Inclusion programmes. Her squiggly career saw her going from qualifying as a chartered accountant with PwC to driving gender equality and Inclusion in workplaces including at Sky as their Head of Women In Leadership.  She is a TEDx speaker, a sought-after DEI expert appearing on podcasts and regularly featured across the media, and has worked with multiple organisations to drive inclusion.
