Morgan Stanley
Lawrence is a senior member of the D&I Centre of Excellence at Morgan Stanley, focusing on firmwide diversity initiatives, data and regulatory reporting. He leads D&I MarComs across the region, and is a strategic adviser to the firmwide employee resource groups.
Prior to his recent D&I efforts, he garnered more than 10 years’ experience across financial and professional services, focusing on financial management, business recovery, strategy and executing integrated brand, marketing & communications plans. He has held senior positions on the State Street and EY Race & Ethnicity ERGs, focusing on elevating employee voices and driving action.
Lawrence was an Evenfields UK Black Talent Award nominee, and is a recipient of the EY Financial Services Diversity Role Model Award. He holds an MSc in International Management from King’s College London, and a BA in Business Management.
