I work in Diversity & Inclusion at Monzo and bring over 15 years’ experience across the D&I landscape. I believe inclusion must keep evolving, with innovation playing a key role in creating real momentum. I’m passionate about learning from others and adding a little Monzo Magic along the way, and I’m excited to learn about the amazing work organisations are doing in this space. My work in mental health, youth work, and LGBTQ+-centric organisations strongly shapes my people-first judging approach.
