Aneeka is a passionate advocate for equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI), with extensive experience in shaping inclusive cultures and embedding EDI into organisational strategy. With a background spanning HR, workplace culture and mental health, she has led initiatives that strengthen belonging and improve wellbeing across diverse teams in a number of different industries.
She currently leads on EDI at Rethink Mental Illness, driving transformational projects, supporting staff networks and influencing organisational practice to create more equitable workplaces and mental health services. Aneeka is also a coach and mentor, working with individuals and organisations to build inclusive leadership capability and unlock potential.
Aneeka brings both professional and lived experience to her work, grounding her approach in empathy, accountability and a deep commitment to wellbeing.
