Saira Khan

Saira Khan is a Fairness, Inclusion and Respect Officer at Action Sustainability, working with the Supply Chain Sustainability School to help deliver the Fairness, Inclusion and Respect Programme. Her work focuses on supporting organisations with free, industry approved training, resources and guidance that help improve workplace culture, attract and retain diverse talent, and drive meaningful change across the built environment.

Saira is especially passionate about disability inclusion and neurodiversity. As an autism advocate, she draws on both lived and professional experience to challenge barriers, raise awareness and champion more inclusive, supportive workplaces where people can genuinely thrive.
