Tomi Ayede

Tomi Ayede is a creative storyteller, spoken word artist, and DEI professional making waves for the next generation. She was the first-ever winner of the Under One DEI Rising Star Award (2024), recognised for her impactful work advancing equity, representation, and access within the built and natural environment. 

Through her professional role and creative practice, Tomi bridges industry and lived experience, using storytelling, dialogue, and strategy to challenge norms, amplify underrepresented voices, and strengthen pathways into the profession. Her work centres people, purpose, and possibility, creating spaces where future talent can see themselves, be supported, and thrive.
