Equal Measures UK
Vicky Ilankovan is the Executive Director of Equal Measures UK – the multi-award-winning non-profit driving intersectional EDI in the drinks industry. With 20 years’ experience, Vicky is an expert at promoting companies, developing systems, diversifying services, and building strong communities. Her innate drive for and dedication to equity for all has resulted in Equal Measures winning Fortnum & Mason’s Impact Award 2025, UnderOne’s DEI Innovation Award 2024 and The Spirits Business Ethical Award 2024. Vicky was named as a Change Advocate in CODE Hospitality’s Women of the Year List 2024, & appeared on Foundervine’s “Future 40” list 2024. She is also on the Tales of the Cocktail Education Committee, Women’s Night Safety Charter Gender & Diversity Group, and Drinks United’s Advisory Board.
